The Clerk to the Board will accept comments on the proposed FY2023 budget. All comments will be compiled and submitted to the Board of County Commissioners at the public hearing. Comments will be archived with the permanent meeting files. Please note, all information provided in writing are subject to the N.C. Public Records Law and will be released upon request.Comments may be submitted by email to email@example.com, or mailed to Clerk to the Board, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Government Center, 600 East Fourth Street, 11th Floor, Charlotte, NC 28202.All comments must be received by Tuesday, May 24 at 5 p.m.
Complete this online form to register to speak. Complete all questions on the registration form, including your phone number. Those who include an email address will get an email confirming their registration. The deadline to register to speak is Tuesday, May 24 at 5 p.m.Requirements to SpeakSpeakers must provide an email address when registering to speak so that they can receive call-in/log-in information via email from the Clerk's Office. Please call-in/log-in prior to 6:30 p.m. the day of the meeting to ensure you are connected to the remote meeting to address the Board of County Commissioners.
Please note, while speaking remotely, the Board is unable to hear from groups of speakers. If you register to speak as a group (up to 4) online, each speaker of a group will be called upon Separately and receive up to (3) minutes each to speak. Each speaker must provide their own phone number. Speakers in a group will speak consecutively.
