Filing a Request for Reasonable Modification (Non-Employee)
The ADA Coordinator or ADA Liaison shall provide persons requesting accommodation a 
Reasonable Accommodation Request Form​. If an alternative means of filing a complaint is necessary please contact ADA Coordinator as shown below:

Appeals
Individuals who are dissatisfied with the decision(s) pertaining to his/her request for an accommodation or grievance may file an appeal with the Assistant County Manager, within fifteen (15) days following notification of the denial/decision. The decision of the County Manager is the final internal appeal.
