Privilege Tax on Attic, Garage, and Yard Sales

Information required to receive a Garage and Attic Sale Privilege License:

1. The name and telephone number of the person having the sale.
   
2. The physical address of the sale.
   
3. The date the sale is scheduled to take place.
   

Where to purchase a Garage and Attic Sale Privilege License:

On Line      

A convenience fee of 2.35% or a minimum of $1.95 will be charged for all credit card and debit card payments.

There is no service fee charge for eChecks.

1. A list of the names and physical addresses of all of the participants in street number order.
2. The date the sale is scheduled to take place. 
3. The list must include the name and telephone number of the person who will be paying for the licenses.
